Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma inesistente. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, caffè, agrumi, arancia e sour.

17/6/2025. Draft at Shaka Brew, Pescara, Abruzzo. Pours slightly hazy amber bronze with a short lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma is sour berries, funky, lacto, red grape, leafy, grapefruit. Heavy bitterness, sour woody berries grape, salty edge. Medium body, light carbonation. Long bitter finish. Good but heavy duty.

Bottle. Gold with a slightest wisp of a white head. Funky cracker aroma with some apricot and vague herbal notes. Slippery with low carbonation. Quite sour with boot polish funk, apricots and their stones. Coriander and salt are only really noticeable right at the end.
