On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Hazy golden with medium white head. Apricot, funk, citric, musty, moderate sourness. Smooth. Very nice.

Hazy pale yellow with lasting thin head. Aroma is really sharp and funky with some woody notes too. Flavour is tart like sour apples. Drying vinous finish. Nice Brett funk.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange golden, no head. Aroma: Fruity, vinuous, sour-ish. Taste: Medium sour and moderate sweet, vinuous, ripe yellow fruit, Brett, funk, notes of grapes. Dry-ish notes of wood. Below average carbonation, medium body. Nice one.

Gusher. Possibly caused by the angry/passionate barman using it as a battering ram knocking a stack of clean glasses to the floor. Hazy pale blond with some small yeast chunks. Aroma and flavour have moderate tartness. Thinnish body. Fine carbonation. Citric green apple and grapes. Subtle dryness and funk from the Brett. Clean finish. Nice.

Tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome-Italy. Orange bright color with a medium white foam. Nose: citric, champagne, firm funky with thyme and rosemary. Mouth is lovely, fruity start with a frizzy peppery fine finish. What to say??? Top

25cl at Moeder Lambic Fontinas, pours a lightly hazy gold with some sticky white head. Nose has plenty of peach and stone fruit, nectarines and apricot. Not much else but its very inviting. Flavor has some white wine vinegar and a little lemon tartness, but the peach is there and so soft, apricot too. Finishes lightly tart and dry.

Taste: Medium to over medium citric sour, lightly sweet malty and hopbitter, clear yet subtle notes of brett. Notes of yellow fruit, peach, apple, lime, hints of wood. Sourish bretty finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Smooth, bit creamy mouthfeel. Ok.

Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow golden, dense long lasting white head. Aroma: Moderate sour, brett, malt. Taste: Moderate to medium citric sour, moderate sweet malty, lightly to moderate hopbitter, clear yet subtle notes of brett. A bit fruity and spicy, hints of wood and straw. Complex and smooth. Smooth bretty finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Somewhere in between Sour, Lambic and Farmhouse. Very well balanced, nice beer.
