(Cask at Angleterre, 20200110) The cider poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had dried apples and light tartness. Palate was medium bodied. Flavours were dried apples, cinnamon, tartness, sweetness and tannins. Aftertaste was dry with tannins. A pleasant cider with not so low ABV.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - pale straw. Lazy big bubbles. Nose - elderflower, citrus and something reminiscent of tonic. Taste - more citrus and elderflower. Palate - light bodied and tangy. Overall - quite like this.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear very pale yellow with no head. Aromas of gin and tonic, as promised. Taste is light cider apple, elderflower. Carbonation is low. Sweet finish.

15/9/2019. Bottle from Hopsters, Ipswich. Pours clear almost colourless with a short lasting bubbly head. Aroma is floral, elderflower, sweet vermouth, touch of juniper and tonic water. Quite heavy sweetness with a light bitter edge. Moderate body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet finish. It is as it says it is, but not overly keen on its sweetness.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - pale yellow. Thin head. Nose - ginger dominating apple. Taste - again, taste likes a ginger beer. Palate - tangy and light bodied. Dry spicy finish. Overall - solid enough.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - deep purple. Not much head. Nose - blackcurrant and apple. Decent sourness from the apples. Taste - as per the nose. More tart apple and blackcurrant. Palate - light to medium bodied, fairly dry and refreshing through middle and finish. Overall - quite liked this.

Bottle courtesy of Dad and Pauline from Oakchurch, Staunton on Wye, Herefordshire, consumed at Spond, Herefordshire Sunday 13th July 2019. Pours a dirty peach colour, hazy. A touch too sweet, rhubarb tastes a little artificial but it's ok.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with a fluffy head. Nose - like rhubarb and custard sweets. Creamy and rhubarby. Taste - very sweet rhubarb. Not much apple even if you search for it. Palate - light to medium bodied. Sweet middle and finish. Overall - it's very sweet and confected, but I still like it. A guilty pleasure, perhaps.
