Kent Brewery aims to drag Kent beer into the 21st Century with new tastes and experiences mixed with the best of Kentish brewing traditions. We aim to bring innovation back into the Kent hop trade to feed a new and vibrant brewing market and so help to rejuvenate the local hop-growing industry.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone clear gold colour lasting head. Yes good peach apricot flavour. Bit of pepper. Not much bitterness on the finish. Yes good condition very drinkable. Decent.

Half pint on cask at the Hall cross.
Medium creamy beige head. Clear almost black pour. Lots of coffee.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 23 April 2025) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with herbs, citrus, grass and wheat crackers. Fruity, malty taste with notes of grass, herbs, citrus, crackers and a mild grassy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Fresh, tasty and highly drinkable. Nice one.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 9th May 2025. Slightly hazy amber with shallow foam and full lacing. Malty aroma with some sweet orchard fruits. Leafy hoppiness and sweet malts in-mouth, and a complex bittersweet finish. Smooth mouthfeel and quite a lot of body.

Medium creamy beige head. Clear almost black pour. Light chocolate.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 5th May 2025. Deep sepia with yellowish tan foam and full lacing. Rich roasty aroma. Sweet malts paired with bitterness in-mouth, and an intense bitter finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask. Golden beer with a cream head. Light floral aroma. Floral and light malt flavor. Medium bodied. Floral and light malt linger.

Nose is dessert pear & some tropical fruit. Taste is grapefruit, gooseberry jam, more tropical fruit. Fruity bitter action.

Cask (Akkurat, Stockholm) - Golden in colour. Blackcurrant and subtle yet noticeable notes of citrus and passion fruit in the aroma. The taste is moderately bitter and features notes of blackcurrant, subtle notes of passion fruit and lychees plus a hint of dill.
