This was on tap at the cidery. Soft carbonation. Big forest honey nose....this is a unique type of Tasmanian honey...the body is soft, creamy, and has abundant forest honey character. Lower alcohol drinking mead.

Red colour. Smells like jam, taste similar but with a nice tartness in the finish. Not as well-balanced as the blueberry, though.

Nice dark blue-red colour. Has a really nice sense of balance between the base apple and the fruit. Has a hit of berry in the finish and subtle acidity. I really liked this one.

Had this at the cidery. Has a slight reddish hue. The quince is forward...not quite like membrillo but similar, and distinct again from the apple and pear variants. Well balanced and moderately complex.

Draught at the New Sydney, Hobart. Deep rich burgundy....damn nice colour, with thin pink head. Cherry and apple character with a sweet finish. Good balanced cherry cider.

Pours strawberry pink.Nose shows quince, strawberry notes, granny smith apples and white wine.Sweet and sour flavours, thereβs still a white wine note alongside quince, strawberry and pear before drying out a little.
