Description
Our mission is simple: Fly high and make the best cider we possibly can. You can find us in an old apple store on an orchard in Sussex.

All of the apples that go into our ciders have been rejected by supermarkets for not fitting their beauty standards. We’re not that shallow. We take these tasty fruits and help them reach their full potential in our delicious ciders.

Bag in a box at Beer Shop Folkestone Hazy pale gold colour no head. Cucumber is on aroma. Cucumber and dill in the mouth. A bit wild. Light refreshing. Like a Cucumber Apple fruit juice. OK not much cider character. Drinkable but lacks a bit of backbone.

Draught at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2026. Hazed yellow golden colour, bubbly rim and aroma of maple syrup, appley, caramel, vanilla. Taste is sweet, apple pie, maple syrup, sugary, with some mellow tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught of some kind at The Wolf on the Corner, Eastbourne. The smell was deep and oaky, with hints of spilled red wine. Orange, caramel, flat appearence. Dry copella apple juice flavour. Very dry finish with a decent amount of sourness.

Keg at The Wolf on the Corner, Eastbourne. This was of course rather tasty but it felt quite ribena'y. Flat copper look. Too easy finish.

Draught at Wolf in the Attic, Eastbourne. This was perhaps the best cider I've ever had. Gorgeous red appearance. Gentle fizz. Almost perfect balance of sweet and bitterness. Amazing.
