(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 1 Apr 2023) Hazy pale amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with passion-fruit, citrus, plums and yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of plums, apricots, dried fruit, prunes and funky yeast. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, tart and well balanced, with a good plum character. Very nice.

2019 vintage but I already checked that in and I'm missing the nonvintage so here it goes! Not as exciting as the last time I had it but still tons of peach flavor. I think this travelled from Dallas and maybe Miami so bravo!

Bottled early 2021. 750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright rosοΏ½ red with a small white head. Aroma is very black peppery, with lots of musty red grape skins, old oak, and subtly funky brett. Flavour is quite complex, with black pepper, red wine grape must, wild critters, and plenty of dry oak. Time has done wonders to this: complex, vinous, oaky and bretty. Excellent.

750ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: rustic, some grapes, some weird notes that I can associate with a light smokiness. Probably some grains are used here. Taste: along the same lines, very bright, refreshing, and bubbly. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice crisp white grape skin character, with rustic saison yeast, some funky brett, and oak. Flavour is minimally tart, with lots of white grape skins, rustic saison yeast, some light bugs, and a touch of cereal graininess (not quite Cheerios). Maybe not their most cohesive saison, but there's definitely some nice elements here that become more and more expressed as you dig into it. But those cerealy notes aren't optimal. Still, very good as usual from Logsdon.
