Kolor wyraźnie żółty i silnie opalizujący. Piana biała, o kremowej konsystencji, jest bardzo wysoka i niesamowicie trwała. Silnie oblepia szkło.
Aromat słodki, słodowy, owocowy, chmielowy. Intensywność aromatu jest bardzo wysoka i trwała.
W smaku doskonały balans między słodową słodyczą, chmielową goryczką i lekką nutką kwaśną.
Wysycenie wysokie, musujące. Ciało średnie, nie wyższe. Tekstura niemal gładka. Posmak średnio długi, owocowy.

White, medium head, fed by lively carbonated opaque light-yellow beer. Remarkably, I immediately picked up both the jasmine as the clementines, nice. Wild yeasts, Brettanomyces. Bretts and citrus vying for dominance in the taste. Sourish, not aggressive, mycelium, lemon, thyme. Acidthinning and -burn; lively carbonation, somewhat slick. Good sour, without more. Aromas are very nice.
