Clear super deep purple beer, big creamy solid dark pink head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: oh my, super intense smell, very fruity, juicy, all blueberries and tonka indeed, blueberry jam, vanilla, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, blueberries, lots of tonka, nice! Aftertaste: dry, spicy touch, fruity, blueberry jam, vanilla, tonka beans, dry, marzipan, almonds, lovely beer, really good!

Cloudy yellow beige beer, huge towering irregular creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very floral, a bit fruity, somewhat piny, oranges and orange peel, sweet impression, some almonds, overripe fruits, some banana, a bit yeasty, caramel malts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, gentle bitterness, lots of grapefruit, zesty, bitter orange peel, a little soapy, floral. Aftertaste: very zesty, pretty bitter, grapefruit, more bitter orange peel, a little sweet, lemony, refreshing, still a little soapy.

Barwa jasno złota, z delikatnym zamgleniem. Piana biała, zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzyków, wysoka i niesamowicie trwała, ładnie maluje na szkle.
Aromat intensywnie chmielowy, owocowy (cytrusy, tropiki). Jest świeży i orzeźwiający.
W smaku niemal doskonały balans, słodowa słodycz współgra z chmielową goryczką, i jedynie na finiszu, goryczka jest wyraźniejsza, mocniejsza.
Alkohol dobrze ułożony. Ciało pełne. Tekstura gładka i miękka. Posmak średnio długi słodki z mocniejszym wytrawnym finiszem.
Aromat intensywnie chmielowy, owocowy (cytrusy, tropiki). Jest świeży i orzeźwiający.
W smaku niemal doskonały balans, słodowa słodycz współgra z chmielową goryczką, i jedynie na finiszu, goryczka jest wyraźniejsza, mocniejsza.
Alkohol dobrze ułożony. Ciało pełne. Tekstura gładka i miękka. Posmak średnio długi słodki z mocniejszym wytrawnym finiszem.

330ml can. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Roasty and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, cocoa, dark chocolate. Taste is mildly bitter, roasty and chocolately, dark malty, slightly resinous and bitter hoppy, notes of coffee, cocoa, dark chocolate, a touch of dark caramel, very weak smokiness.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, soft carbonation.
Intense, homogeneous, oily - very nice.

Perfectly fine IPA. Approaches the WC style but doesn’t quite nail it. Some pleasant candied citrus, sun-kissed malts, mellow bitterness, piney accents, pale bread. Highly drinkable gear on the whole. Belgian-brewed IPAs have come a long way over the years.

(Draft at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, herbs and dried fruit. Fruity, herbal taste with citrus, soft fruit, apricots, spicy herbs, grass, peaches and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite a fruity saison. Refreshing. Nice one.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, marmalade, dried apricots, resin, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, dry. Hoppy and refreshing. Very nice.
