(Draft at Le Barboteur, Brussels, 17 Sep 2025) Hazy pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of lemon, orange and grass. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, grass, peaches, lemon and a mild saltiness in a finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced gose. Nice one.

Canned 330ml. -from BeerLovers Shop Liege, shared with Hrabren. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and mild salty nose. Salty, bready, yoghurty and light citrusy with mild spicy touch in the finish.

0.33 l can shared with Ogi, thanks. Hazy yellow, small off-white head. Aroma is yeasty, cheesy, yoghurty, citrusy, very light pineapple. Smooth, light. Soft saltiness. Ripe fruit. Flavour is citrus, ripe pineapple, some peach and apricot. Smooth, dry finish.

11 - 14 July. Holiday retreat at Laon. Cheers! Bottle from the brewery. Bottled: 09/2022. Hazy yellow, small, frothy, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, overripe plum, apricot, lime, sourdough, hay, cheese. Taste has sour plum, gooseberry & grape in a sourdough-like malt body, surrounded by funky hay & cheese notes. Tart, bretty & woody, plum pit-like finish. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Gentle, yet rounded fruity Sour Ale.

Pours a light, unclear yellow. Medium large white head, goed to quite soapy / big bubbles fast, but remains relatively stable. Scent is coriander, sharp, wine gives a touch or aroma as well. Taste is tart, dry, light, easy drinkable. Mild ( too mild to my taste in this style) on the salt, and less coriander forward than anticipated (which is a good feature). Wheat is quite clear though. Draught Very lacey white head over fully hazy yellow beer, as pressed fruitjuice. Asafoetida, pineappleester, aloë, citrus, corn. More of the same orally. Faint hints of vegetable frying oil. Finish is citrus & citruspeel. Good carbonation, medium bodied, very slick to oily. Nice strong NEIPA.
