33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Brown with a beige head. Caramel aroma with rum. Sweet taste with a boozy rum finish. In fact too much rum is present, absolutely overpowering everything else.

Bottle at home, darker amber beer, small head. Aroma is dried fruit, caramel, sweet, alcohol, rum. Taste is the same, sweet, caramel, fruit, raisins, alcohol rum, warming mouthfeel, nice one.

Tap in the sun with Matthijs at Westerdok, Amsterdam, 12th September 24. Pours a clear golden straw colour. Atoma is yeast, bright, floral. Taste is floral, yeast, citrus, refreshing, quite hoppy, bitter and very decent

Dark brown colour, moderate sized dense beige-ish ecru head; aroma of dried sour cherry, prune, raisins, some dark chocolate and roasted nutty notes; taste is the same with some spicy alcoholic aftertaste; not bad

Bottle, 11.2%. Distinct rum toddy aroma. Clear dark chestnut/mahogany colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour has some rum, fairly boozy, but ok warming. Quite malty with some brown sugar notes, but has enough alcohol to balance it.

goudgeel licht troebel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag die snel wegtrekt. Aroma is fruitig (citrusvruchten). De smaak is vol, zacht zuur en fruitig met hints van sinaasappel. Nasmaak is zurig en kruidig en later wat hoppig.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark brown colour with average to huge, firm, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Bready, toasty, dark malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of rye bread, pumpernickel, dark fruit, dried dark fruit, plum, raisin, some black cherry. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready and chocolately, dark malty, slightly yeasty fruity, hints of treacle, pumpernickel, dried fruit, dark fruit, plum, minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice fruit flavours, a tad too sweet - pretty decent.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Lks. A hazed reddish brown coloured pour with a a halo of khaki head. Aroma is semi sweet nutty brown bread apple, earthy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty treacle, apple, liquorice, light funk, dried fruit. Palate is medium sweet, cordial, sticky moderate carbonation.
