Strong pineapple and grapefruit nose with a hint of caramel. Amber and medium cream colored head. Grapefruit and lemon flavor. Lemon zest and grass finish. Tasty and well hopped, but not terribly unique. It tastes better when warm when the maltiness peeks through.

Apricot nose. Shimmering amber, medium white head, good lace, and streams of carbonation. Weak flavor of apricot and lemon. Cheap malt remains on the palate. This is the tamest tripel I’ve ever had. Clean and drinkable, but lackluster.

Nutty orange aroma with walnuts and hazelnuts. Opaque brown with a medium peach colored head. Fairly thick mouthfeel with walnut, licorice, wood, and candy notes. Very piney finish. There are nice flavors, but they aren’t good together.

Strong bouquet or strawberry, cream, and grapefruit. Cloudy golden, with tons of sediment, and a medium yellow head. Surprisingly bitter and perfumy. Yeast detected on the palate. No balance, overhopped, and hardly drinkable.

Deep brown-foxy beer with yellow head. Chocolate, and chocolate, and chocolate with nuts, and milkchocolate, and - OK, you get the idea. Sweet-nutty, if not too sweet, ending in chocolate. Medium bodied, syrupy. Oh well, good try - but it WAS excellent with the porc!

22 fl oz bottle. Pours slight cloudy and dark orange/amber with a lacing off-white and creamy head. Aroma is solid hops and malt, light alcohol note. Flavour is quite hoppy, light woody and with a mild liqourice like note. Warming alcohol finish with a solid hops bitterness yet with a persisting hops oily flavour. Solid barleywine that is a nice blend between IIPA and barley wine.7-4-7-4-15=3.7

As 2nd Anniversary Ale. 22 fl oz bottle. 3816/6000. Pours hazy and deep orange with a lacing tan head. Aroma dense hoppy too. Smooth and light woody flavour with a solid bitterness and smooth woody finish. Dry and smooth finish. 8-4-8-5-15=4.0

Fully hazy orange-ochre beer with a good off-white, dense head. Bit spiced, dough, coriander, little amount of yeast off-products, sourish. Coriander, high temperature flavours, little citrussy flavour. Bit lactic, but still refreshing. Creamy texture and spritzy MF. Not a bad beer, but always those high temperature offshoot yeast products...

Draught Black beer with dark yellow-brown head. Burnt/roasted notes; sweet coffee, bit of bitter chocolate aroma. Ashes, flavour as the smell of green ivy leaves, and more (stale) coffee. Medium to well-bodied, slick. OK stout, not too overpowering, not too sweet.
