Bottled. Hazy pale bronze colour, average head. Striking aroma of lychee and bread. Massive amounts of hops supported by soft bready malt. Fresh and extrovert. Despite it’s perfect, shiny surface there is lots of structure underneath - which is what separates it from the pack of similar beers- Grapefruity resiny bitterness. A rarely seen combination of excellence both in mouthfeel and aroma!

2008 vintage. Cloudy brown amber with a lasting beautiful ivory off-white head. Classic caramel malty, dried fruit barleywine aroma, with a lemon hop note blended in. Flavour is all-out hoppy bitter - completely killing the malt which seems like it’s very rich and good underneath. Maybe it’s better in two years?

Pours bright gold into a shaker. Fluffy white head with good retention leaves spot lacing as it slowly recedes to skim surface. Grapefruit and resin aromas. Clean and crisp with well-balanced malt upfront and a lasting citrus, pine and resin finish.

Loads of hops. Some pine and grapefruit, and intensely herbal. Full and thick palate. Substantial white head and orange colored beer. I think i prefer the regular Green Flash.

12 fl oz bottle, thanks to faeroeviking. Pours hazy orange with a lacing off-white head. Hoppy fruity to floral with a dense caramel malt base. Pine flavour, woody and dry. Caramel malt and a solid spiced hops flavour on top. Floral lingering finish.

Tap at Thrash Zone. Pine, grapefruit, sweet malts, and grass in the aroma. Zesty mouth to this one. Flavor is loaded with hop notes. From citrus and pine to grass and light floral. Grapefruit and lemon are followed by sweet malts. Really tasty IPA. Glad to see it on tap in Japan.

Tap at Thrash Zone. Intense hop aroma, pine, citrus, and grapefruit. Full bodied. Powerful hop blast of pine, citrus, grapefruit, floral, and a nice malt roundness. Finish is bitter and lasting. Will be enjoying many more pints of this.

35cl bottle bought @ Vinens Verden, Odense. Pours hazy copper with a good white head & lacings. Aroma is of hops - peach & grapefruit. Wonderful creamy & smooth palate - hops dominates but doesnt ruin body & balance. So crisp. This is top notch!
