On tap at the Store Luxembourg. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy hops, grapefruit, some resins. Taste of fresh resinous hops, orange fruits, citrus, grapefruit. Long bitter finish.

Can from Geers. Clear golden, big, foamy, white head. Aroma of rosemary, apple peel, white grape, wheat, potatoes in a bag, straw, bread crust, unripe melon. Taste has sweetish apple & unripe pear over a bready, wheaty malt base with spicy & herbal notes, gentle citrus and bitter straw. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, very perfumey and herbal, with lingering unripe citruses and bitterish grape. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Complex and satisfying Saison, which will never be my favourite style, but is very welcome indeed when it has the Totem label on it.

Can provided by Klaas - many thanks! Hazy orange, thinning, off-white head. Aroma of plum, blood orange, apple (peel), kiwi, biscuit, pumpkin, honey, cinnamon. Taste has sour kiwi, plum & orange flesh in a biscuity, yoghurty malt body, somewhat wheaty but equally citric-lemony; sweetish carrot and spicy cinnamon underneath. Tart finish hinting at carrot cake, apple pie and plum, no hoppiness. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Very creative (and well-made) brew by Totem.

Clear orange beer, creamy white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, dank and hoppy, fruity, juicy, some sweaty feet, cheesy, lovely stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, a weird rather unpleasant bitterness, fruity touch, a bit malty, ok. Aftertaste: hoppy, a bit fruity, bitter, malty, dry, ok but not great.

Dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme est frais bien houblonné dank factor est là, assez classique, je note pas mal de résineux, herbacé frais avec une pointe d'agrumes en retrait et même une petite fraicheur de mandarine.
Palais est plaisant, caractère IPA assez dank sans sombrer dans le côté neipa. Résineux à souhait avec un léger apport d'agrumes le tout est bien crisp avec ce côté lager. Fini reste tout de même un peu faiblard avec ce côté lager qui revient en retrait - se termine avec un retour des agrumes.

Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: roasted start, bit sweet impression, alcohol, caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, sugary, alcohol, lots of whisky, a bit malty, speculoos cookies ("Biscoff") flavour indeed. Aftertaste: hoppy, resinous, bitter roast, speculoos, bitter, hoppy, malty touch. Where did the vanilla (bourbon) go?

MF: ok carbon, mediu mbody. Taste: nice, good acidity, bitter touch, good sweet-sour balance, cinnamon, vanilla. Aftertaste: spicy, a bit sweet, vanilla notes, lactose, some cinnamon. Very decent!
