Bottle from Willems & Zoon Grobbendonk. Color: Clear copper, thin beige head. Aroma: Caramel, malty, Rum. Taste: Caramel malt, fruity orange and some red and dark fruit hints, Rum notes, bit sugary, oak wood notes. Medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Bit sticky mouthfeel at the finish. A bit thin but quite nice overall.

Nagy, tartós hab, borostyán szín. Gabonás, korienderes illat. Gabonás, korienderes, visszafogottan fűszeres ízek, némi alkoholosággal. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes, jól összerakott, tipikus tripel.

On tap at The Sister, Brussels. Has a hazy dark red colour with a small pink head. Lots of black currants in the aroma along with winegums and dry hay. Sweet flavour of black currants, winegums and blackberries. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Very fruity and sweet.

Gusher. Dark blond colour with fluffy head. Seems like there's a spicy gingerbread element in the background. Highly carbonated. Base sweetness balanced out by funky and dry Brett. Good but not anywhere near Bruxellensis.

Legends Saison Voisin, Fläschchen von Jef - thanks a lot! - Milchig trüber Bernstein mit prächtiger Schaumkrone. - In der Nase frische, delikat blumige Hopfung mit zarten zitrusfruchtigen und erdigen Noten, wie sie für ein Saison typisch sind, über feinem brotigen Malz. - Antrunk sehr schlank, fast dünn aber weich und intensiv pampelmusig und grasig hopfenherb, nur zart erdig (Bauernhof). Eine Andeutung von Restsüße. Im knackig trockenen Abgang dominiert ebenfalls kräftige, nun schon etwas eindimensionale Bittere den dünnen Malzkörper. - Etwas unterkomplexes aber durch knackige Hopfung erfrischendes Saison.
