Vintage 2014. 330ml bottle. This year was 6,2% ABV. Bottle from not exist shop in Katowice many years ago. Alez doskonale intensywnie pachnie starym spruchnialym drewnem, i takze nieco octowy aromat. wyglad, piekna krwista czerwien, niczym wolowy rostbef krwiscie wysmażony. mglista barwa z niewielka i malo trwala pianka. w smaku wisnie, czerwone porzeczki, drewno, ocet, taniczne, winne, gronowe, wytrawne lekko kwaskowe i przede, przede wszystkim caly czas posmak starego drewna, mokrego wilgotnego.

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle , pbga02-1019, vintage 2018, five years before bbd. Pours hazy brownish red, with a small rocky head. Aroma is musty fruity notes of plums, red apples, strawberries and melons, as well as rose petals, tannins and wooden notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acidic fruity notes with red currants, apples, grapes and plums, as well as floral notes, tannins and wooden barrels.

Pours a darker, cloudy amber. Relatively small white head. Scent is malty, mild tart impressions. Fairly easy, but not bad at all. Taste is quite strong in it's tartness. Mostly, but not exclusively lactic. i get some brett notes ( clear ) and a very distand whiff of acetic acid. Malty. Nice oak presence. Very nice one !

(bottle 0,375l from CraftBeer (Brno)) (2019 version) Overall: Too sour for me. Aroma: Sour, light sweet, sour grapes. Appearance: Hazy, redish-amber. No head. Taste: Very sour, grapes, medium sweet, vinegar. Palate: Medium body. Light sticky texture. Dry finish.

KØLF 050221. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is horseblanket, yeast. Flavor is barnyard, yeast, lemon, bread, berries, funk, wood white wine, grapes. Very nice beer.

Bottle, well stored 2018 edition. Clear deep golden body under a small white head. Aroma has smooth malt, wood, white vine, mild acid berries and funk. Taste is really smooth, soft malt, some toffee, acid, berries, subtle pear, funk and mild spices. Fine balanced body and same smooth sweet and sour, fruity, funky aftertaste. Really tasty, smooth and nice.

Bottle. A clear golden colored beer with a few bubbles on top. Funky aroma, leather, barnyard, lemon, raisin notes and some generic fruityness in the aroma. Some bready hints. It’s medium-tart, nicely carbonated and dry, with a soft, pleasant carbonation. Leather, funk, grapes, raisin, and some lemon in the flavor, notes of bread in the far back. Long pleasant finish. Really nice and mellow this one. 210205

Bottle @home. Ramata, velata, schiuma bianco-sporca leggera. Al naso note di prugna, mele cotogne, erbe balsamiche, spezie, leggero acetico. In bocca è molto acida, tagliente, con punte acetiche, frutta rossa, citrica, tart, in chiusura emerge la speziatura con note di erbe officinali e balsamiche, un po' coperta dall'esuberanza acida. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Spigolosa, non del tutto a fuoco.
