Bouteille 37.5cl, BB end 2025, lotto# PSAN01-2019, brewed in 2018.

Bottle. Almost clear reddish orange body under a small off-white head. Aroma of overripe plum, almost a bit rotten, rubber, wet dog and spiced red vine. Seems perhaps not like any nice thing to smell, but it’s not in a bad way. Taste is more ordinary than aroma, but far from my everyday session beer. It’s acidic red berries, some general fruitiness, plum and Christmas spices. Sure, quite interesting but I find it to messy actually.

Power tasting at Phill's, bottle, vintage 2017
Dark ruby colour; it opens with no sound, it has no head. Strong aroma of cherries. No carbonation; the flavour too is flat, there's very little here, apart some cherry syrup; it's off-dry, and it has some mild off-flavour.

0.375 l bottle shared with Jackass at Valhalla Craft Metal Beer Viking Bar, Zagreb. Closing night. Hazy amber to red, small off-white head. Cherry aroma, ripe fruit, cherry brandy, some wood, slightly fruity. Light juicy fruity cherry flavour, dry and quite sour. Light body, watery, bland. Started nice, finished lousy, like most of their beer.
