Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of faded pine, dry pale biscuits, lemon rind, a hint of pithy grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. OK balance to finish, more sun-dried biscuits, hay, old pine needles. Seems a bit tired overall. In this state, it’s just so so.

Can at the flat in Sofia - sourced from Pivoteka online. Fairly sure therw should just be one entry for this beer, brewed at Hop Hooligans in collaboration with White Stork. Pours black-brown with a dense, frothy beige head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich dark malts, some smoked malts, a little peat, raisins, ash, earth, tannic tea. Full bodied, oily and lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Hot finish, some sticky dark malts, more smoked notes, tea, ashy roast, some cocoa, lightly tangy dark fruits. Very interesting stuff, quite punchy, and pretty well rounded.

Közepes, nem túl tartós, sötétbarna, tömör hab, fekete szín. Csokis, kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös, teás illat, némi füstös felhanggal. Édeskés-savanykás, csokis, kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös, teás ízek, enyhe füstös aromával. Testes, alig szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Sajna nem lett eléggé harmonikus, az ízek nincsenek összeérve. Lehet, egy-két évig pihentetni kellene.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Pivoteka online. Pours lightly unclear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Lightly sweet with notes of sun-kissed pale grains, lemon rind, faded pine needles. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry, biscuity finish, pale grains, straw. Not bad. Might be better if fresher.

Monumentális, lassan olvadozó, fehér hab, kissé zavaros, narancssárga szín. Citrusos, kissé narancsos illat, leheletnyi lágeres vonással. Lágeres alap ízvilág, enyhe nearancsos aromával. Közepesen testes, száraz, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes, jól iható láger.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus and grass. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of oak, whiskey, milk chocolate, cocoa, orange and vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation. A bit weird and alcoholic but I quite like it.
