Bottle at Aubergine - Sofia. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a tight, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, mellow dankness, citrus rind, soft bitter pine needles. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, nice grass and pine, rounded citrus fruits. Very nice.

19/8/2022. Bottle shared at Dissident Beer Shop, Sofia. Pours clear very pale golden with a large fluffy white head. Aroma is grassy, hoppy, citrus, malt, light herb, slight soapy edge. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Not bad.
