Description
Septem Microbrewery was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

Our mission is to provide our customers with fresh, high quality products by taking advantage of the wealth of aromas and flavours in malt and hops while searching for the diverse flavours they have to offer. Our vision is to become a premier Greek microbrewery whose products will be a point of reference for a distinctive quality beer, synonymous with gastronomic pleasure.

Getreidig hopfiger, trocken grasiger Antrunk. Spritzig, steigende Herbe, sehr würzig. Minimal karamellig, spritzig. Kurzer Nachhall mit erdigen Aromen. 9/11/10/11//11

Bottle at picked up at Craft and Draft (shop) Amsterdam, consumed at Camping Het Riven, Landsmeer Nr Amsterdam, Netherlands, Monday 5th October 2015. Some chocolate on the nose but a bit of wet cardboard also. Brown on colour with a large frothy beige head. Smooth with a little milky chocolate, fruity and with a little tang. It is ok but perhaps a little thin at times. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

On tap at the Hoppy pub in Greece. Pours orange skin color, clear with an adhesive white cap. Nose: tangerine, sweet orange, citric, a hint or roasted cara-malts. Mouth: watery (easy drinking), a bit on the amber side, herbal bitterness, a bit rough but meets expectations.

Bottle in Thessaloniki-Greece. Pours golden bright color, very cloudy with a medium tick white cap. Nose: peculiar fresh galaxy peachy-citrus notes. Some grapefruit as well. Mouth: the body is a bit too weak, creamy too and confusing...not that much of character. The beer has no flaws but it could be more refined.

330 ml bottle. Labelled Thursday’s. Pours a dark red/brown with very little head. Aromas of pine, raisins and red berries. Flavors of pancake syrup, pine, and sweet malts. Dry dusty finish. Sweet but nice.

Bottle, 6.8%. Hazy amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop and earthy. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, earthy, little sweet, little spicy and medium bitter.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Hazy orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, hope, a bit sweaty. Taste malts, hops, lightly a hint of old hops, decently bitter. Ok body and carbonation.
