Clean pale ale. Nice grassy and fruity hop aroma. Clear golden color with a lasting ring of white head and light, spotty lace. Nice, clean hop flavour too, good residual bitterness. Clean feel, slightly overly carbonated. Pretty nice one. Might be the best of the Greek beers I have tried. (*This note was written before I had the 8th Day, which was my favorite Greek beer of the trip.)

--- Beer merged from original tick of Saturday's Porter on 24 May 2018 at 15:19 - Score: 6

Bottle at Athens Beer. Clear orange color with a small off white head and light lace. Nice hop aroma. Pine and grapefruit. Good balance in the flavour as well. Medium body, clean, quite drinkable. Probably my favourite Greek beer of the trip.

Clear gold-orange with a small of white head. Fairly sweet but not cloying at all. Refreshing and clean. Honey plays nicely. Lively carbonation.

Bottle at home. Dark amber color, leaves fair lacing on the glass, average white head, medium body, oily texture. Interesting notes of citrus peel, grapefruit, grass, heavily hoppy, moderately bitter and a bit dry finish. Not as complex as I expected it to be, but then a very fine example of IPA. Septem Microbrewery has set high standards for the Greek industry. I’m eager to acquaint with their next creative steps.

Black with thin head and fine carbonation. Nice and strong aroma of heavily roasted malts. Flavour also has strong, bitter roasted malts. Body is slightly thin but it’s only 5.5% and is very full flavoured.
