Draft at In de Wildeman. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of orange peel, citrus, dank hops, light fruits, light weeds and a little caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and a creamy, off-white head. Aroma has diacetyl fighting with some citrusy aroma hops - unfortunately it seems as if the diacetyl is winning that battle. Rich, malty body, some caramel, very fruity, citrusy hop notes but also an unclean, oxidized and slightly metallic off notes. Ends bitterish. A lot of good intentions here, but I’m afraid they were killed by unfresh hops. 160615

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a dense, white head. Sweet, malty nose with a whiff of honey. Medium body, dominated by clean, sweet malts again with a subtle honey note and a rather bitter finish. Pleasantly clean and straight. 160615

Fra flaske på rbhd-treff hos Sigmund juni-15: etter mange lite inspirerende øl får vi plutselig og helt uventet troen tilbake! "... and on the 8th day God created beer". Lett uklar gylden med flott offwhite skum som varer. En super ipa, og en stor overraskelse fra Hellas - takk til Gunnar som hadde tatt med denne. Nydelig aroma og smak av tropiske frukter, friske granskudd, og bitterappelsiner i lekker blanding og skjønn harmoni.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of piney and fruity hops, also caramel and fudge, hints of diacetyl. Distinctly hoppy flavour, piney and grapefruity notes, a little diacetyl in the background. Note: Also sampled (shared bottle) at RBESG 2016 in Barcelona. Hoppy aroma and flavour, true to style. Upping the overall 1 point.
