Description
Septem Microbrewery was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

Our mission is to provide our customers with fresh, high quality products by taking advantage of the wealth of aromas and flavours in malt and hops while searching for the diverse flavours they have to offer. Our vision is to become a premier Greek microbrewery whose products will be a point of reference for a distinctive quality beer, synonymous with gastronomic pleasure.

Bottle at Zero, Kos. Strong resinous hop and malt with sticky pine resin, caramel, yam, notes of berries. Light syrupy. Good bitterness with a firm bittersweet finale. Bold hoppy Red on steroids, very nice.

Bottle at Zero, Kos. Dark malts with toffee, caramel, roast, coffee, some fruity notes. About medium sweet with a moderate bitterness. Toffee and roast in the finish.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Bought under its alias "Septem Thursday’s Premium Red Ale". Clear amber coloured brew with an dry bitter taste and hints of caramel and roasted malts. This Greek craftbrew have something American over it, with an little bit of England too.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear dark brown coloured brew with an nice dry bitter taste and hints of roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Very nice Aegean Porter drunk it under its alias "Septem Saturday’s Seasonal Porter".

Tap at Cafe Hesp, Amsterdam: Clear orange colored brew with an dry bitter taste and hints of citrus. Very goof Greek surprise at an Amsterdam beer bar.

Bottle at dinner in Miami. Getting all foreign beers at work dinners. Gold pour. Nose is citrus and hay. Tastes of oranges, grains, hay and some pepper. Thin bodied. Slick palate
