500ml bottle from brewery. Look - slight hazy pale gold. Quite a bit of encrusted sediment left in bottle. Nose - light raspberry, apple peel, touch of barnyard. Taste - raspberry, light sour rhubarb, apple juice and peel, tangy sweet finish. Palate - light to medium body, moderate carbonation, a touch sour. Overall - Decent flavoured cider - its nice that I could actually taste the apples.

500ml bottle from Crafty Merlin's, Darlington. Golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, along with skin and core notes. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, some apple core, slight solventy funk hints and alittle earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from cidery. Look - clear gold, small brief white head, moderate moving carbonation. Ok. Nose - light apples, apple peel, farm orchard/barnyard. Nice but too subtle. Taste - semi-sweet, zesty apple, mild sourness, touch of caramel and barnyard, slight nod to the booze, moderate dry finish. Very good to be fair. Palate - medium body, slight oiliness, zingy carbonation but brief enough not to be excessive Overall - a very nice tasty cider despite the dull look and aroma.

500ml bottle from cidery entitled only 'Mango Cider' with no mention of lime. However checking the website the blurb mentions it includes lime so must be the same one. Eye - pours a clear golden-light orange, very light fizzy head as slow moving carbonation. Nose - a bit hit of mango with a background of zingy tropical zest. Taste - a nice rounded refreshing mango flavour, a touch of confectionary, some lime zing, sweet but not overbearing. Palate - light and smooth, not really clingy, modest carbonation. Overall - Very enjoyable, although I cant taste any apples.

500ml bottle from cidery. Eye - clear gold, brief small white head with some circular frothy retention. Nose - crushed apples, peel, orchard farm, wood. Nice. Taste - semi-sweet, dry, light apple juice with a nice tang at the end. Slightly too mellow. Palate - light to medium body, a nice glide on the palate, short carbonation zing, medium-dry. Very good. Overall - enjoyable cider but had potential to pack even more flavour.

500ml bottle from cidery. Eye - clear gold, brief small white head. No mention of a pink hue on bottle. At least that's one less e number. Nose - sweet floral apples, touch of barnyard Taste - medium sweet, fruity red/pink apples, tangy, some tannins, mild dryness in the finish. Palate - light, quite wet and only slight oiliness, moderate carbonation. Overall - A decent cider, very drinkable.

500ml bottle from cidery. Eye - bright clear purple, brief fizzy head. Nose - raspberries and sugar, not as artificial as some, maybe a hint of dryness as well. Taste - sweet and mild tart raspberries with an underlying dry apple note. Still tastes half-artificial but its quite nice. Palate - light, slightly oily, modest carbonation. Quite nice.

500ml bottle from the cidery. Eye - pale pink or salmon colour, lively roaring carbonation. Nose - sweet strawberry and lime cordial. Watch out for flying bubbles up the nose. Taste - nice strawberry note with a zing of lime but the sweetness does build up too much in the finish. It needed a dry finish to offset. Palate - medium body, syrupy, spritzy carbonation at first but this does settle down to a nice level. Overall - nice flavours although a little sweet.
