About
As one of the UK’s largest self-sustaining single estate cider producers we are proud of our genuine heritage, provenance, traceability and sustainability.

Our 200 acres of luscious orchards have been farmed for over 8 generations. Chosen for growth and taste profiles, eight cider apple varieties are grown.

With full control from ‘Pip to Pint’, we grow, pick and press on site; blending with precision to create our international award-winning ciders. Our production cycle is completed within 5 miles of our farm. Waste pomace is used to produce green energy and supply us with CO2 to create our sparkling ciders and we package our drinks at our sister company, Marches Bottling & Packaging in Bromyard.

Many thanks for this pear cider to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). Pachnie gruszkami, to oczywiste, musujace, jasniutkie, niemal slomkowe, w smaku slodkawe na poczatku, ale potem lekka wytrawnosc sie czulo i cierpkosc. Jakby ugryzc nie dojrzala twarda i zielona gruszke.

23/5/2019. From Bag in a Box at The Dove Street Inn Spring Festival, Ipswich. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet toffee and sweet apples. Medium plus sweetness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, oily.sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet toffee finish, it certainly delivers what it sets out to achieve, though too sweet for me.

500 ml bottle, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4.6%. Pale golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Nice aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Decent flavour of cider apples, mid between dry and sweet, with some tannins in the slightly tart finish. Would profit from a higher ABV.
