Our 200 acres of luscious orchards have been farmed for over 8 generations. Chosen for growth and taste profiles, eight cider apple varieties are grown.
With full control from ‘Pip to Pint’, we grow, pick and press on site; blending with precision to create our international award-winning ciders. Our production cycle is completed within 5 miles of our farm. Waste pomace is used to produce green energy and supply us with CO2 to create our sparkling ciders and we package our drinks at our sister company, Marches Bottling & Packaging in Bromyard.

Cider Freak Day, Sunday 3rd April 2022. I hosted a cider tasting with my good lady, or son, his girlfriend and my sister-in-law (who didn't really join in much). Second up was a litre of this, bottled by LowCostBeer from a box. Clear one this, tasted of apples mostly.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 03/02/22. Light haze on a golden blonde with a decent white covering that thins to a swirl. Nose is toffee, grains, light sulphuric notes, apple skins. Taste comprises sweet vibes, toffee apple, caramel, apple pie. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. So so ... guess it gets what is says on the tin but overly sweet ... couldn't drink much of this.
