A dark golden DIPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice fruity caramel malt with smooth floral hops, resinous and piney, light sweaty notes, citrus pulp, nice. In mouth, a nice lightly sweet caramel malt with light treacle, floral resinous hops, light oxidation character, pleasant.

On tap at the brewpub with Mosaic. Aroma of lemon and light hop with slight malt. Clear amber with tan head. Moderately patterned lace down the glass. Taste is rich malt and moderate floral hops.

Slight grapefruit aroma and low toffee. Ear deep garnet with light khaki head that patterns slightly. Rich crystal malt with floral hops and slight perfume. Maltiness remains late.

Sample at GABF 10/04/2014, thanks to my BIL for assistance with note-taking. Golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lacing. Peppers and hops in the nose. Light body with flavors of chili pepper, hops and pale malts. The finish is hot and peppery with a lingering burn. I don’t know why I knowingly made this my last beer at the fest, but needless to say it stuck with me on the walk back to the train. Slightly above average overall.

Growler shared by Brian - thanks!. Pours a hazy amber with a medium off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly but leaves decent lacing. Aroma is pine resin, a bit of caramel, some citrus. Flavor is light sweet and medium bitter, kinda in your fact in that style that Brian likes. A bit lacking in some of the more exotic hop flavors for me, but a solid workmanlike IPA. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle at Blippsmas. Pours black with brown head. Nose and taste of flaked oats, chocolate, coffee and light sweetness/roast. Medium/full bodied.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Big peach aroma. Peach and light tart flavor with light earthiness. Medium bodied. peach and earth linger with light lemon and light grain. Not very sour.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Light malt aroma. Malt and mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Refreshing. Malt and light mineral lingers with light caramel.

Draft. Pours black with tan head. Nose and taste of cocoa, chocolate, roast and touch of coffee. Medium body. Nice stout.
