Description
Centuries of brewing tradition, the best ingredients and strict compliance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 are quality that you can taste with every sip! The Rittmayer Brewery is one of the oldest breweries in Forchheimer Land. The family business dates back to 1422. The brewery even received its own coat of arms certificate from the Count of Kulmbach because of its good beer.
In spring 2012, our new brewery on the outskirts of Hallerndorf went into operation right next to our filling center. It is one of the most innovative medium-sized breweries in all of Germany.

Draught @ SchwanenKeller, Strullendorf. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt, banana, and yeast. Sweetish flavour of malt and banana, with estery and grainy touches. Malty and bananalike aftertaste with estery touches. Well-balanced, tasty, and nice.

Maibock von der Brauerei Rittmayer, Hallerndorf, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Orangegold, klar. Verzichtbar. (21.6.2022.)

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore oro limpido, al naso miele malto frutta matura, in bocca miele malto cereali note erbacee dei luppoli, corpo rotondo, astringente, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Buona ma non entusiamante. c. Bottega della birra Arona 10.06.22

Bottle, Base Camp. Slightly hazy orange-golden body, the head didn't last long. Soft aroma, light light maltiness, dried fruit and orange notes, a touch more alcohol than expected. Soft, lean taste, ending dry without any bitterness. Soft, lean maltiness, pillowy, elegant but without much substance, just some carbonation prickliness. Light alcohol notes. Eh, not my type of bock, clean, by the book, but quite boring.

Optisch dunkles Kupferbraun, stabiler Schaum, passt.
