75cl bottle from Flandrinks, Hazebrouck. Misty gold appearance, proud white head. Super fresh vibrant hop nose, very light dank touch. Lovely pungent leafy citrus, smudged exotics, firm bitter bite but relatively low carbonation making for a very drinkable, cask-esque TIPA. Awesome.

Another bottle from Thiriez that was a gusher. Hazy yellow with a white head. Skunky aroma. Some spice and citrus along with yeast. Thin bodied. Mid to below mid.

Every bottle I’ve had from Thierize has been a gusher- this is no exception and it’s fantastically annoying. Deep red with a tan head. Very toasted sweet malts, vegetal, earthy, a bit of red fruit sweetness. Medium bodied. Meh.

330ml bottle from Thiriez. Pours a paler brown than expected, pale tan head. Admirable dubbel, nicely balanced of course, pleasantly sweet, some cakey toffee, noticeable chicory... if we're splitting hairs more dark candy rock flavours would be welcome but it's still a lovely beer and a nice take on the style.

330ml bottle from Flandrinks. Pours a dull cloudy brown, thin off-white head atop. Vibrant aroma bringing spice, sweet berry, triple yeast. Continues to taste presenting excellent spice and prominent jenever notes with a complimentary creamy triple base.. nicely sweet. Great stuff.

330ml bottle from Flandrinks, Hazebrouck. Pours a hazed dull amber, off-white head. Wonderful aroma. Really good pronounced, complex bourbon elements.. nutty coconut, butterscotch and vanilla notes.. excellent.

Draught @ Kerelshof, Cassel. Pours a lightly cloudy gold, good white head. Gently yeasty nose. Flavour profile veers towards a peppery bitter saison profile, not unlike Thiriez's Pepper Trip, moderate saison yeast in the background, a little overly bitter for my tastes, but refreshing enough.. long dry bitter close.
