Roasty, nutty aroma. Light licorice and anise. Solid mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitter finish, great toasted, roasted malt aftertaste. Nice stout.

Tart fruity aroma, some spices, and some sweet malt. I find the o rely sweet malt is taking away from the light, bright fruity tartness. The malts I find seem to muddle the beer quite a bit. The finish is dry and quite metallic with some minerals also.

Hazy golden, big white head. Earthy, grassy aroma. Light funk, light bitterness. Tropical fruit, wet hay, light tart finish. Refreshing, alcohol is well hidden.

Some light funk and grassy hops in the aroma with an interesting bready, grainy, pilsner type malt profile. The flavor light and a touch funky, with some more grains. This was very refreshing and an interesting take on the style.

Murky medium brown, small beige head. Fruity, bready, earthy aroma. Soft carb, light mouth feel. Mineral finish with low bitterness and lots of soft fruits.

cloudy golden color, nice big head that dissipats quickly, but leaves a wonderful lacing. Very aromatic, skunky, and sour, with touches of lemon, and pepper. Flavour is smooth, and almost a touch lambic like with the sourness. Wow, this is a great saison, easily the best of it’s style.

pale straw color, huge head, great lacing and retention. aroma is peppery, with citric fruit, and yeast.flavour has a nice harsh bitterness to it, with a lovely peppery blanket. wicked stuff!!! love it!

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo e lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano sentori di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, fiori, agrumi, limone, mela e tabacco.

Pours a hazy orange/golden with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of yeast, wheaty malt,(citrus) fruits, peppery spices. Finishes with acidic citrus notes. Fresh, enjoyable Saison.

Malty aroma of brown sugar, dark fruits, yeast, caramel, raisins. Flavour is sweet malt, brown sugar. All things considered this has a surprisingly moderate/medium sweetness, with some lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
