Can, from Whole Foods, Chicago IL (Oct 2025). Pours cloudy lemon yellow with a large foamy off-white head, faint peach aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with faint peach flavor, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Decent NEDIPA, not very flavorful though.

Can, from Whole Foods South Loop, Chicago IL. Pours extremely hazy bright yellow with a large off-white head, citrus-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-mango taste, faint coriander, thin body, long medium bitter to bitter finish. Solid NE DIPA.

Keg at all rise. Pours golden, nose is peach, grapefruit, taste is sweet, peach, floral. 7

Draught @ Great Central Brewing taproom, Chicago (October 2024). Extremely hazy bright yellow with a large foamy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Flavorful.

Black with a medium sized tan head. Anise, roasty malt, hot pepper, cinnamon and vanilla. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

355ml can from Beer52 Chicago box @ 5.5%. Pours a hazy orange-gold, small white head, ok retention. Aroma of sweet malts, overripe passionfruit, citrus, floral, slightly funky. Taste is sweet, herbs, pineapple, citrus, floral. A fairly full body for the strength so not a refreshing sessionable pale but the flavours linger. That would normally be good but its very sweet and hoppy. Tasty but slightly sickly at the same time so balance not quite right. Interesting flavoursome beer though.

Black with a large foamy beige head. Roasty and toasty with cookie, vanilla and a hint of booziness. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Hazy gold with a large foamy head that left good lacing. Musty , grainy, yeasty and citric. Long finish. Medium body.
