Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Light carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky/tangy/acidic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Mildly increasing warmth of 9.2% after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic fruit NEIPA. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, mangoes, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildy bitter/drying finish. Awesome soft feel, not aggressive. Amazing hop profile as expected. Extremely juicy hops/fruit with light dankness; great wheat/oat/malt balance, not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. The low carbonation probably helped make it feel smoother/softer vs the base beer. Would easily revisit with proper carbonation.

Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/bready, and fairly sticky/chalky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.3%. Overall this is a fantastic spiced imperial oatmeal stout. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/black/roast/bready malts, maple syrup, spices, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Would have preferred the bitterness toned down to be more dessert-like. Great balance of rich malts, maple syrup, spices, and earthy hops. A highly enjoyable offering, and great base style example as expected. Nearly identical to the Pigeon Hill YMOFT at a lower ABV.

Light-medium carbonation and fairly full body; with a very smooth, creamy, silky, velvety, and rich mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight sticky hops, chalky roast, oak tannins, and increasing dryness. Mildly increasing warmth of 11.5%, with zero barrel booziness lingering after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic barrel aged imperial stout! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and bourbon barrel flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV. Extremely rich and well rounded imperial stout malt complexity, with perfect barrel integration/balance. Not overly roasty, bitter, or tannic; with an amazing mouthfeel. A highly enjoyable offering.

Bourbon-forward nose with roasted cacao nib and caramel aromas. Lots of chocolate and bourbon on the palate. Sweet, but the roasted malt character helps balance it a bit.
