Sampled at Hop the Beer Experience 2, pours a clear, orange with some cloudy white head. Nice is a little odd, butterscotch, malt, pizza sauce. Flavor shapes up some, malt, honey comb, still more sweetness than I'd like, some straw, paper. Finishes off dry. Flawed.

Tap, Border Psycho Cantina, Tijuana. Slightly hazy amber, small white head. Gentle fruity nose, slightly soury citruses. Slight sweetness, hints of bitterness. No aftertaste. A bit watery body. Nothing special.

Much better than most of their beers. Roast and some caramel, light nut. No major flaws, and a good musky aroma. Pours black with good mocha head and good lacing. Bittersweet end. Tap at Colectivo Mexicano Cervecero.

Light barky bitter aroma with a hint of rust. Kind of like a hopped up Irish red. Pours murky maroon with good head and lacing. Bitter and caramel finish. Tap at Colectivo Mexicano Cervecero.

More like bad water than good beer. Noble hops don't really come through well here. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Odd flavours in finish. Cloying note of sourness. Tap at Club de la Cerveza.

[Tap at the Laguna Beach Brewery & Grille.] A hazy pale straw colour with a ring of white head; fruity pineapple aroma; sharply sour and fruity in the mouth; with a trat, dry finish. Very good.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours clear dark copper with a beige head. Med plus body. Flavor is brown sugar, something like nuts, a touch of spice, dark fruit notes. A bit different from other wheat wines I've had. Almost crisp. Seems to get spicier with time.
