Northford draught, 9/13/25.
As pictured.
Very fruity hops show mixed berry and light, freshly-cut grass. Light mineral and biscuit/dough to balance. Touch of honey. Very clean, low acidity.
Fruity with berries and mild citrus. Easygoing and bready with gentle malt sweetness. Low bitterness, but ample. Hop choice is interesting. Feels less like an Italian Pils, though, despite the hop flavor being strong and expressive. On account of the low bitterness and no pepper or herbal notes. Still delightful, of course.

Northford draught, 9/13/25.
Clear, dark copper-amber. Small, beige head.
Warm, toasted, buttery brown bread. Light honey as a base and low hop character with fruity yeast and mineral lingering.
Toasted acidity with fruity and grassy hops. Crusty, bready malt but ample soft, light caramel character to balance. Big textures and well-carbobated. Malt and yeast-forward, as it should be. Bready. Tastes like licking an old, crusty Englishman.

Northford draught, 9/13/25.
Bright marigold. Light haze, small head.
Soft, farm funk and good, but not sharp acidity. Just easygoing poop. Hay and rustic grains with heavy mineral and mild citrus accents.
Soft and with pleasing acidity and mild Brett/lacto fruitiness. Gently malty, strong attenuation and low oak. Citrusy acidity and honey-like malt lingering alongside nutty, mild oak tannin.

Undated can drunk 8/22/25.
Lightly hazy, muted lemon-brass. Big, clumpy, white head.
Soft and yet woody with vegetal and peppery notes. Lightly fruity yeast with floral notes on the finish. Doughy, biscuity malts. Good attenuation and clean, if rather muted overall.
Lemon, unripe pineapple and slight woodiness with black pepper and hints of floral notes. Kumquat lingering. Wheaty, chewy texture with high attenuation. Clean and simplistic without any bold or juicy hop notes.

Undated can drunk 8/17/25.
Clear, blonde-brass with a big, fluffy, white head.
Rich mineral, probably moreso than usual for the style, with good yeast quality and lots of herbal notes from the hops. Rich, honey and biscuit from the malt but ending properly snappy/crisp/clean.
Rich and malty with a big body for the style, though it isn't sweet. More doughy/biscuity. Strong sourdough and huge mineral with lingering herbal hop notes carrying a moderate amount of bitterness. Rich, flavorful, balanced and satisfying.

Canned 8/9/25 10:29am, drunk 8/17/25. Kent Falls: now adding the time it was canned, too. On non-hoppy stuff, even. As if these guys couldn't get any better!
Clear, honey-brass-golden. Bright, with a frothy, white head that slowly fades to rocky cover.
Yeast and mild oak with big mineral and fruity yeast showing restrained, unripe stone fruit and unripe apple. Adding some honey-like malt on the end with more fruity yeast gives an almost oak-aged applesauce character. Hints of vanilla and spice.
Soft but with a good oak tannin structure that keeps it from getting too soft. Fruity and mild, with a big drinkability and lots of maltiness. Ends dry with bright, but not-overdone, herbal and peppery hops. Lingering malt, vanilla, acidity. Maybe a touch lighter bodied than I'd prefer, if we are nitpicking, but this beer takes you to flavortown, for sure.

375 mL bottle drunk 6/1/25.
Clear honey-brass with little head.
Oaky, cidery, juicy with excellent acidity and long grape character. Rich malts and more wood on the end.
Oak and grape with big malts and a juicy acidity. Balanced and mildly funky with wild cidery notes. Very low carbonation giving some syrupiness. Really interesting and unusual.

Clear deep blonde-brass. Small, white head.
Nice fizz and no oxidation at all 7 years on. Caramelized honey, soft cultures, gentle acidity and high mineral water with rustic grains and easygoing Sacchs.
Soft and pleasingly tart with great balance and interesting yeast and grains. Soft and with fun minerality. Always a pleasure from Kent Falls.

Canned 3/20/25, from Harvest. Drunk 5/31/25.
Moderately hazy, golden-brass with a fluffy, white head.
Soft spice, tropical fruit, mineral and light white wine with narry an aggressive quality. Gentle honey-like malts balance.
Soft, round, but with balancing spiciness and bitterness. Supple malts balance easily and you're left with plentiful white wine, tropical fruit and zesty citrus. The softness of the water and mineral quality is remarkable. So flavorful and drinkable. Man, I miss this brewery ....

750mL bottle drunk 5/26/25.
Soft, brassy-to-pale-golden. Small, white head. Good clarity.
Grape doesn't jump out at you and there's good mineral and gently tart acids. Oak is neutral and balancing, with rustic grains of seemingly high attenuation. Very mellow, well-homogenized.
Similar in the flavor. Mellow, round, nothing jumping out or dominating, and no big acidity. But still pleasingly tart with light Riesling qualities and chewy, rustic grains. Dry.
