Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, citrus, lactose acid and hops. Light grassy and sour finish.

Bottle. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a large white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a strong earthy wheat note supported by corriander and a bit of light tartness underlying. Flavor is wheat and coriander forward with some light salt and a hint of a tart bite.

Bottle from Slow Beer, Fitzroy, Melbourne. I was hoping to keep this for a little while, but the bottle actually exploded in my rucksack,on the way home, coating my laptop and other possessions in beer! Poured a clear dark Brown with a fizzy, short-lived off white head. The aroma is malt, grassy hop citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a citrus malty woody resin hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit, a touch of lime, woody pineapple, spicy, almost a bit funky, yeasty overtones. Taste is crisp bitter hoppy, minimally funky yeasty, notes of lime, lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit, overtones between yeasty funky and soapy.

330ml can into schooner glass. Hazy golden orange beer with thin white head. Smells like salt and vinegar but in a fruity way (gherkin relish?). Quite neutral at first then slowly the orange and caramel reveal themselves. Finish is mostly orange zest with a pinch of salt. Not as good as the normal 'Freshie' but still great. Stupidly easy drinking.

From a 500ml bottle on 20/8/2017 (shared by Butz, with thanks). Pours a deep brown with a small head. The nose features a bit tart vinegar and not much else. Taste wise there's a light touch of chocolate, a slight roastiness, some yeast and a touch of whisky. medium bodied with average carbonation. Lacking in cohesion and pretty uninspiring for a stout strong enough to be an impy.

330ml bottle. Hazy, orangey, deep golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Spicy, minimally floral, yeasty aroma, citrusy hoppy overtones, a touch of lavender, sage, cilantro. Taste is citrusy hoppy, floral-spicy, yeasty, a touch of lavender, cilantro, sage, bready malty basis, very cautious coffee overtones. Not really concrete...

(Can) Pours slightly hazy amber with no head. Nice, subtle aroma of orange and caramel. Light to medium body with pleasant somewhat fizzy carbonation. Nice sour, but not very sour, start with definite orange notes. Some light malt and salty hints then develop. Has a nice crisp tart finish. Really quite restrained, rather unusual and very drinkable.

From a 500ml bottle on 27//2017. Pours near black with a no head. The nose is pretty rough, sharp and yeasty. Tastes similar to the smell but a little more palatable - yeasty and bretty, with with some blackcurrant, and roasted malt. Finishes with a moderate sour bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Not a total disaster, but all that pleasant.

Bottle. Very dark brown with less than a coat of beige head. Aroma is roasty and funky in equal parts with licorice, cinnamon, old lemons and a light earthy note. Medium bodied, very close to but not quite flat. Strong bread, cold brew coffee, licorice, oak and spiciness that’s sufficiently astringent you wonder whether there’s some sourness there too (I guess no). Interesting beer with a digestif-like herbal touch. A few more bubbles would have been very welcome.
