Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Keg at Heidrun, HW, 26/08/20. Clear copper to deep golden with a moderate off white cap. Nose is red berry must, funk, vinous tones, light acidic nostril tickle, dungy brett waftings. Taste comprises red grape skins, dusty berries, barnyard esters, damp wood, funk blanket. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic kiss and moderately assertive brett offered. Interesting beer and carried off well.

Bottle, 0.33l, 3 years old. Aroma of caramel, dried fruit, flowers, nuts and wood. Pours murky golden brown color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet caramel and milk, follows by dried fruit acidity, herbs and toasted malt, mouthfeel is smooth and warm alcoholic, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, thick texture and average carbonation in palate. Brutal beard...
