Description
As of August 15, 2022 under new management! Temporarily brewed in Bury, Manchester.
Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

33cl bottle, batch # 0017, bottled on July-13. Hazy amber, foamy escaping white head. Takes some time to settle (+5 min). Zesty, yeasty aroma, alcohol and dough. Flavor has citrus, yeast, spices, sweetness, hops. Dry, hoppy, spicy finish. Smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel . Warming alcohol. Full bodied. Another nice one from Weird Beard.

Bottle from Sourced Market, St. Pancras. Murky, grey brown colour. Beige, bubbly head. Really quite ugly looking! Aroma has lots of overripe fruit. Ripe banana is distinct. Lots of caramel. Some fresh strawberry too. Tastes strawberry sweet initially, then a pungent bitterness. Big, alcoholic kick. Big, tongue numbing, dry finish.
