Description
As of August 15, 2022 under new management! Temporarily brewed in Bury, Manchester.
Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear chestnut brown pour with thin magnolia head, aroma is mostly bourbon, big forward bourbon taste, the piney hops come through not massively, bit of sweetness and dried dark fruits, a bitter finish.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy copper pour with creamy off white head, big pine hop aroma, resinous pine taste with grapefruit a hint of spice with a small caramel back taste , oily mouthfeel, a big DIPA with an ABV too match, right up my street.

50cl bottle from the Beer Boutique, Putney.Batch: 12 A hazy amber pour with a billowing white head; aroma of yeast and orange peel; packed with tart, zingy citrus fruit that explodes in the mouth at first, then a sour caramel body develops; the finish has lots of warmth from the alcohol and some farmyard highlights. Certainly a beer to make you sit up and take notice, but I can’t say that the Nelson Sauvin comes through.

Cask @ cask pub and kitchen, small sample. Hazy copper color, short Cask @ cask pub and kitchen, small sample. . Aroma of biscuit, booze, hint of caramel, piney hops. Medium Bitterness, quite some sweet cookie notes, soft alcohol. The bourbon overpowers the beer, but gives its nice flavors as well. Unbalanced but still nice.
