Description
As of August 15, 2022 under new management! Temporarily brewed in Bury, Manchester.
Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Cask @ cask pub and kitchen, small sample. Hazy yellow color, short head. Again the grassy hop, but now with an earthy coffee aroma extra. More like coffee filter to be honest instead of fresh coffee. Bitterness mellows, so flavor has improved, while aroma didnt.

Cask @ cask pub and kitchen, small sample. Hazy yellow color, short head. Aroma of grassy hop, some citrus, bit spicy even. Very bitter and very dry. Lacks body and the dryness sucks all life from my tongue. Too crisp and dry for me, unbalanced.

Cask @ cask pub and kitchen, small sample. Dark color, short brown head. Aroma of earthy hop, sweet cookie, bit chocolate, biscuit, hint of coffee. Bit sweet taste, cookie. Though not really in a way other milk stouts are sweet, not from lactose sugar it felt. Nice beer.
