Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.

We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity hoppy, grapefruity and peachy. Bitter peachy and citrusy. Crisp hoppy and smooth fruity. Lingering fruity and mild bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, grapefruity and citrusy. Bitter and crisp roasted and hops fruity into the finish. Bitter, roasted and light fruity finish.

Cask @ cask pub and kitchen, small sample. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of fruity hop and loads of spicy yeast. Medium bitter in taste. Too much yeast character, peppery, dry. Not my kind of beer.

From cask. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity. Barrel aged, malty and caramelish. Bitter, herbal and phenolic. Thick malty, caremelish. Dry, phenolic and wooden. Bone dry and bitter finish.

Keg at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Orangey, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes lemon, orange, tropical fruit, spice. A very pleasant saison from Weird Beard.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A hazy amber coloured pour with a small white head on top. Hoppy, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes really rich, hoppy, tropical fruit, peach, some caramel in there, quite sweet. My kind of DIPA.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A hazy amber/golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Sweet tropical fruit orange aroma. Tastes similar, tropical fruit, orange, quite sweet, yeasty.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A hazy golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Tropical fruit, grapefruit aroma. Tastes similar, grapefruit, tropical fruit, nice bitterness, hint of sweetness. Amazing flavour for 3.8%. Tasty stuff indeed.

Bottle at Powder Keg Diplomacy in Battersea, Pours a thick black with a dense brown head. Aromas of rich dark chocolate, roasted malt, whiskey and pine hop notes. Full bodied with a nice fine carbonation. Great flavours burnt malt, dark coffee, molasses sugar before great big citrus hops round it for a lingering bitterness.

Bottle at Powder Keg Diplomacy in Battersea, London on 20 July 2013. Poured a hazy orange with a dense white head. Strong aroma of citrus and hop resin with sweeter tropical fruit and some toasted malt. Initial sweet flavours of of biscuity malt, juicy satsuma and caramel are quickly balanced by big bitter grassy and grapefruit hops.
