341ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of grapefruit and grainy malt. Sweet flavour of grapefruit, lemon and grainy malt with a slightly tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Ok for a radler. This actually exceeded my expectations.

Can: Poured a light golden color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of light dry hoppy notes with some residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of light cereal notes with some dry hoppy notes and some light residual sugar notes. Body is light with medium carbonation. A bit short on taste.

Can: Poured a light golden color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of juicy sweet apple juice is pretty refreshing. Taste is quite sweet but very refreshing with nice apple notes. Not bad even though there is quite a bit of sugar added to the final product.

Bottle: Poured a medium amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light dry bitter hops notes with light caramel malt is pleasant enough. Taste is a mix of light dry hoppy notes with some floral undertones notes and some caramel malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Doesn’t break any new ground but well done nonetheless.

625ml Bottle from the LCBO. Medium amber with just a slight haze and a small off white head that quickly reduces to a sheet. Nose is light sweet toffee and cereal with some honey, grass, green apple, light citrus and a hint of pepper. Flavour is light+sweet toffee with an equivalent citrus and grass bitterness. Medium oily body with average carbonation and a finish with quickly fading bitterness but some residual sweetness. 7/3+/6/3+/13+

Version canette...Ça sent l’orge, le miel et le maïs. Le goût est pas si mal au début mais quand le maïs sucré embarque, je décroche...

On tap at Copa Cabana Niagra Falls. Cloudy orange, medium body, medium carbonation, thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is orange and some coriander. Better than blue moon.
