My 10+ year old review is below, but I felt the desire to re-rate this one, though it wasn’t exactly a good rating environment given that I chose to just slug it out of the bottle. By all rights this is a bad beer and I shouldn’t like it, but I do. It was a little sulfury/skunky, but it was otherwise clean and well-rounded, not overly watery or fizzy, and was a genuinely refreshing experience cold in the bottle while I was cooking. Rating of 2.5 unchanged. --- Crisp and refreshing, but nothing exciting. It often arrives skunky.

Although its a well made lager, it is consistently skunky in the bottles I've sampled. But when its fresh, its very good. An excellent way for novices who drink lager to step up to a good beer.
