Bottle shared at Peders (thanks to Bjørn) (09/12/2022) - black with a tiny tanned ringed head. Dark sweet and roasted malty with lots of rich cocoa, layers of caramel and toffee stacking up, rich bourbon boost, full body, nutty almond vanilla and coconut accents throughout into the warming malty finish. Beautiful.

Keg at Fermentoren, CPH, 17/11/22. Black with a tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is decadent chocolate, bourbon barrel, dried fruits, molasses, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises chocolate dipped raisins, great bourbon presence, oak, toffee, vanilla, brown sugar melt, light spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Top notch BA impy.

Put up the tree as my five-year-old couldn’t wait 😉 Westbrook Santa Claw Hazy IPA 7% Hazy straw gold with a fairly juicy and perfumey aroma. Medium bodied while the smooth mouthfeel gives you a tangy fruit up front but a touch bitter finish. Not bad, unfortunately not fresh but hey that’s life. I felt it had loads of Sorachi ace.

Stamped but undecipherable pint can A: Poured a tall, thick lasting tan head atop a clear reddish brown body. S: Light roast and toast, dried leaves, toffee and herbs. T: Lightly bitter and moderately sweet. Toffee and toasty bread lead with roasty burnt notes. Leafy herbs follow as if an afterthought. M: Sticky with prickly carbonation and medium body. O: Nice idea but no, it's just too sweet.

Optisch wie ein Pils, aber kein Schaum. In der Nase kommt schon derb die Gurke durch. Im Trunk Gurke, Zitrone, krachsauer. Man sollte schon ein großer Gurkenfan sein - ich finds leider ganz ganz fürchterlich.

From a pint can. Pours a clear copper with a quickly receding off white head. Aromas of toasted brown bread. Flavors are sweet caramel with some herbal hop bitterness. Overall pretty tasty for the style.
