Description
Established in 2005 and bottling since 2008. Headed by Phil and brewed by Rob, we’re a small team brewing a wide range of beers in cask, keg, bottle and can. Along with a core offering we also have seasonal brews and a one off brew range called ‘New Tricks’. Experimental recipes are run through our small batch kit before trying them out on the main kit and releasing them to the masses. Some of these have proved so popular that they’ve graduated to our core range.

Cask @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Copper with a thin head. It’s a higher bitterness ale with plenty of malty notes in both aroma and taste.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A glossy black pour with a thin tan head; fruity chocolate aroma; smooth and creamy in the mouth, with a dry drinking chocolate taste to start, then with some fruity blackcurrant and red berry flavours; followed by a sweeter finish with a touch of coffee grounds. Satisfying.
