Bottle, Nice brown color. Aroma is slightly fruity, raisin maybe, malty but subtle and not loud. Nice head, good flavor. Yep, like a good but not grear trappist beer. Good stuff.

Bottle. Not as good as the dubbel. Cloudy, gold color. Strong alcohol in both smell and taste. Nice, big, foamy head. Was a little underwelmed, but overall nice beer.

Best before in 2020, opening and enjoying a lot this bottle, yesterday, at home, for the dinner. Simply a great beer, powerful and subtle, malty, smooth, bready, fruity, some sugar, fruity with a touch of plum, dry hop, a bit roasted. 09.11.22, drinking it at Epalinges.

humongous foamy cloud of heaven head - is cool ,yo
nose is like a bridge .. opening the nasal path with banana esters + fresh bready malts - briskly your senses walk nicely towards peppery spices , herbs - noble hops ..👌
everything mentioned in the aroma is showcased in the flavour experience...with a hint of citrus notes (! orangey)..not evident in the nose..
a crisp dry finish
A textbook Abbey Triple 👍✝️

0.33 l bottle. Dark brown, almost black color, beige head. Fruits, malts and sweet alcohol in aroma. The taste is quite the same, but the alcohol is well hidden. The finish is quite short. Medium to heavy body.

Draught Thick creamy yellowish head, stable, over well-carbonated golden beer, lightly veiled. Very 'beery'-yeasty nose. Fresh pale malts. Bit mineral. Quite bitter - again very yeast-dominated. Partly pale, partly very lightly coloured malts. Very remote some restsugars - obviously still very young. Medium bodied, good carbonation lends a lightness to the overall impression. Certainly worth trying. But to be 100% honest - I prefer both an aged Tripel or a fresh Extra.
