Pine and grapefruit. Decent malt backbone. Amber pour with ok head and lacing. Bitter lime. Can. Tried this again recently and enjoyed much more. Great backbone, lots of sharp pine, big flavour and big character. Could drink this all day. Can.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Dark roasted malt, liquorice, boozy and vanilla hints, slightly fruity sourness. Taste: Dark roasted malt, some liquorice and dark chocolate, notes of Bourbon, vanilla and bit boozy. Notes of sweet-sourish blueberries and light hints of banana. Decent bitterness. Over medium to full body, below average carbonation. A bit sharp and unbalanced, some raw edges and lacking some complexity compared to the top of the Bourbon Imperial Stouts but overall quite nice.
