Tasting at SF’s
Bright amber color. Resiny hops, a bit vegetable, some alcohol. Good body strength, some caramel flavor as base, moderate sweetness, orangey hops.
Good beer, but old style.

Waxed bomber from Market of Choice on Belmont. Pours brilliant copper with a foamy beige head. Aroma is hop - earthy/floral/resin. Med + body. Flavor is malty, but the mixed hop is strong enough to keep it down. Mild hop burn. A bit malty for me, but the hop is plentiful, so ok. Lots of flavor. Bitter finish (but malty too).
