2004 bottle (I think) at the Mondial Ratebeer Gathering, 6/4/05 provided by beerbuzzmontreal, thanks!
Cloudy orange-yellow-amber, looks like a nice sunset. No head, no legs or coating. Alcohol in the nose immediately. Dry woodiness, acidic and very fuelish. Near-spoiled fruits, peaches, nectarines, candied oranges. Bourbon noted as well. In the flavor, the bourbon is overdone, dominating the flavor profile. Light body is thin and perhaps aged too long (maybe this is older than 2004). Burns going down, with notes of coconut and honey. Sourish yeast on the end as well, with a very slippery/watery texture and is quite flat.

Cask Conditioned 4/27/2005 at NERAX
Orange-golden beer, hazy with a small white head, fleeting. Aroma of American hops and caramel, some astringency. Flavor is dominantly hoppy, quite dry on the finish, with a medium body, some paperiness as it finishes and a bit of fruitiness in there. Iβd like some more sweet malt.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of oranges and loads of hops giving it a dry end.
