Old rating from 21-09-15 - 500ml bottle, pours a dark black colour with a brown foamy head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, toffee & malt. Taste of burnt roasted malts, coming through quite sweet, with a bit of chocolate and coffee mixed in, it has a mild carbonation. Aftertaste is of a bitter roasted flavour. A drinkable stout if a little on the ordinary side.

Old rating from 14-03-15 - This is a seasonal chestnut beer brewed for the 6 nations Rugby. It's got malty, biscuit and raisin flavours with three separate hop additions convert to a floral, orange peel citrus and almost spicy aroma. A moderate bitterness finishes it off nicely.

Bottle. Love the lable. Aroma, malty with a slight hint of fruit. Color, copper with a good head that doesn’t last too long. Taste, nice malty, with a little hops. Recommend this one.

Bottle. Recommend it. Good aroma. Almost as good as Hobgoblin. Like a 95 % version of it.

Bottle. Darn, I’ve had this in my refrig for a while and forgot where I got it at. Clear gold color. Aroma was grains with ginger. Taste was ginger with a well balance beer taste. Yup, feel the heat in my belly.

Bottle at home, köszi anya! Pours deep, clear golden. Slight earthy notes, herbal and grass, even some faint citrusy touch and some bitterness in the finish, that lasts surprisingly long. Light body, average carbonation.
