Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bitter hops with some light sweet wheat malt notes is OK. Taste is bitterer then I was expecting with the wheat malt not really playing a huge role. Some citrusy notes can also be detected. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK but I don’t feel the Mosaic hops are shining as much as they could.

Obtenue via échange, c’est ma première bière de ce brasseur et je dois avouer que c’est vraiment très bon. Au nez, en plus du bon pamplemousse frais, j’ai décelé des notes de chocolat blanc. Tout est bien dosé, l’amertume du zeste, le côté fruité de la pulpe. C’est une merveilleuse bière estivale!

Arômes: Houblons herbacés, pain frais. Aspect fruité de la levure. Jujubes. Quelques notes viandeuses et caoutchouteuses. Visuel: Liquide blond, doré, clair et effervescent. Mousse blanche très dense et persistante. Gustatif: Attaque très fruitée. Le zeste d’orange développe avec les houblons herbacés, une amertume prenante. Un fruité de levure assez complexe. Une texture épaisse, non commune à ce type de bière. Effervescence modérée. Bonne bière au gout, mais loin du style Tripel tel que mentionné sur l’étiquette.

Bottle: Poured a light reddish color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and no lacing. Aroma of raspberry with light cough syrup notes. Taste is also a mix of raspberry and cereal with light cough syrup and subtle hints of residual sugar notes. Body is light good carbonation. I didn’t particularly enjoy the cough syrup notes that I found in this beer.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong coffee note with a bit of green pepper and a dark grain backbone. Flavor has dark grains and coffee with a bit of green pepper.

A reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous piney floral hops, light catty notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with resinous floral hops, pink grapefruit, light treacle, very nice. On tap at brewery.
