Pours a slight, unfiltered golden colour with a bunch of very tiny particles floating around, a white bubbly cap, average stay and a foamy lacing ring. Aromas of spicy Pils malt with pine notes, a little caramel malt and a tad citrus. The taste shows West Coast with the resin-caramel blend, and thinner with the Pale Ale factor. A wet mouthfeel with some good dryness in the end. A very nice pintable Pale Ale with the West Coast-style and a tad spiciness from the Pils side.

LIghtly hazed, golden-amber colour with a big, creamy-frothy warm-white head, good retention and sticky-foamy lacing with some creaminess. Aromas are a fresh blend of herbs and pine notes, with the caramel malt base, and a touch of citrus. A little creamy in the mouthfeel, with a nice slow drying finish. Flavours are a mix of grassiness, grapefruit zest, pine needles and that caramel undertone. Quite a pleasant, old school DIPA that goes down, very nicely.

Clean, amber colour with a warm beige head, average stay and lots of foamy-soapy lacing streaks. Big malty aromas with a blend of caramel, and spicy one - almost like rye, all mixed with some grassy hops. A wet mouthfeel with some decent dryness in the finish. The caramel malts really show in the taste, with less hoppiness to help out. Thankfully, the drying end is nice here and a tad wood comes out. A decent California Common that packs a malty, caramel punch.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include roasted coffee, black toast, roasted malt and a wee bit of Melloids. First swig had a nice body with even carbonation. Flavours of black coffee, Melloids cough drops, burnt toast, a little cough syrup and smoke. Finish is slightly sweet with burnt coffee flavours lingering.

Dark brown. The aroma has some fruit from the scotch bonnet, with a bit of vanilla on there as well. On the palate, it's got some dry chocolatey base, a bit of vanilla, and the chile comes through. I'll say this - the scotch bonnet character is actually good. It doesn't fit with the beer, and the base is a bit on the dry side to carry these sorts of adjuncts, but the scotch bonnet is good.

355mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has some cinnamon, low-quality chili, and cocoa, with some a rather flimsy toasted malt base. Flavour is spicy as hell, with cocoa and cinnamon coming in second. It has a weird frothy, too-highly-carbonated mouthfeel. Intense in spiciness, but it’s actually pretty flimsy in body and depth. This is a pretty dumb creation.
